SPIRIT OF THE FIELD
An intriguing, citrusy, and lightly smoky drink
Ingredients:
Amaro di Siena 50 ml
Mezcal 10 ml
Lime juice 22.5 ml
Orange syrup 15 ml
Vegetable foamer drops 3/4
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients and shake for 8-10 seconds, then strain into a lowball glass filled with ice. Garnish with an orange slice and chocolate shavings.
SIENA MILAN
Cocktail with a strong bittersweet taste
Ingredients:
Amaro di Siena 50 ml
Bitter Campari 40 ml
Orange Bitter 3/4 drops
Preparation:
Directly in an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice, stir the ingredients for 10/12 seconds. Add more ice, a lemon twist, and garnish with an orange slice and lemon peel.
SIENA MULE
Fresh and thirst-quenching cocktail, pungent with sweet finish notes
Ingredients:
Amaro di Siena 40 ml
Vodka 20 ml
Lime juice 22.5 ml
Ginger beer to top up
Angostura bitters 3/4 drops
Preparation:
Combine the ingredients in a glass full of ice, stir gently, and garnish with a sprig of mint, a slice of lime, and ginger.
SIENESE NEGRONI
Intense and rounded drink, with sweet and citrus notes
Ingredients:
Amaro di Siena 40 ml
Campari Bitter 30 ml
Gin 20 ml
Preparation:
In a mixing glass full of ice, combine and stir all ingredients for 10-12 seconds and pour into a rock glass filled with ice. Orange twist and garnish with an orange slice.

Ingredients:
Amaro di Siena 45 ml
Verbena liqueur 15 ml
Lemon juice 15 ml
Sugar syrup 15 ml
Mint leaves 6/8
Angostura bitters 3/4 drops
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients, shake for 8/10 seconds, and strain into a rocks glass. Add mint leaves into the glass and fill with ice. Stir gently, garnish with a mint sprig and drops of Angostura bitters.
